There was one patent granted in La Verne in the week ending Aug. 8, according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

This is one more than the week before. The patent was for a three-piece tactical cummerbund.

The patent was filed on March 22, 2019

The number of approved patents in the U.S. grew steadily from roughly 225,000 in 2009 to more than 285,000 in 2019. The number of patents approved suffered a slight downturn in 2020.
