On Feb. 18, Yesenia Celia Sanchez Sanchez (deceased) (trust) purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2967 Eton Place, Pomona from Jose Sanchez for $635,000.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Pomona as of this publication.
