Judy Chu, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California’s 28th district and Chair of the Reproductive Health Task Force, has expressed her concerns through a series of tweets regarding the Trump Administration's policies on reproductive health services.

On March 25, 2025, Chu tweeted about her apprehension towards recent actions by the Trump Administration. As she noted in her tweet: "As Chair of the @ReproCaucus Contraception, Family Planning, and Education Task Force, I’m incredibly concerned about the Trump Administration’s attacks on birth control."

In another tweet posted on the same day, Chu criticized the Republican agenda for its focus on closing Planned Parenthood health centers and ending abortion care. She emphasized that this could result in millions losing access to essential healthcare services. As she stated: "The Republican agenda is focused on shutting down Planned Parenthood health centers and ending abortion care—at any cost."

Further expressing her stance against these measures, Chu highlighted potential impacts on clinics nationwide if certain grants were frozen illegally. In her words: "Illegally freezing these grants would also mean clinics across the country - serving over 4 million people annually - would be forced to cut services or shut down entirely." She reaffirmed her commitment to fighting these developments alongside @ReproCaucus.
