Judy Chu has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2009, having previously been a member of the California State Assembly. She has spent her life deeply rooted in California, born in Los Angeles and currently residing in Monterey Park. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a BA in 1974.
