Judy Chu supports legislative measures on tax relief, space policies, and health funding

Congresswoman Judy Chu has shared updates on her legislative activities and engagements on Twitter. Judy Chu has been serving California's 28th district since 2009, having succeeded Hilda Solis, and continues to further her political involvement through various initiatives.

On April 3, 2025, she reported that the House of Representatives had unanimously passed a bill co-authored by her and Representative David Kustoff. "This week, the House unanimously passed @RepDavidKustoff and my Filing Relief for Natural Disasters Act! Our bill allows IRS to immediately extend federal tax filing deadlines for victims of natural disasters, even those that are not federally-declared disasters. Victims should..."

Later that day, Congresswoman Chu engaged with the public about space politics, appearing on Planetary Radio.
