She stated, "Today, I hosted a Medicaid Day of Action Town Hall to address Republicans' push to cut nearly $1 trillion from Medicaid, jeopardizing healthcare for millions." She emphasized her commitment to protecting healthcare alongside House Democrats.
The following day, March 19, 2025, Chu shared her experience visiting an educational institution. She wrote, "Had a great time today visiting Marshall Early Education Center in San Gabriel, a Head Start recipient school committed to preparing children from low-income families for success." Later that day on March 19, Chu addressed historical erasure related to Jackie Robinson. She remarked on social media about the Trump administration's actions and highlighted Robinson's legacy: "More erasure from the Trump administration in the name of DEI.
